JOB SUMMARY

A growing home fragrance and lifestyle company operating in Nigeria and Rwanda is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage teams, drive sales, and support business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in management, operations, sales, or business development.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good understanding of business operations and revenue growth.

• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Canva, and other relevant business tools.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Applicants must reside in Lekki or its immediate environs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily business operations.

• Manage retail outlets, production teams, and inventory.

• Drive sales, revenue growth, and new business opportunities.

• Manage staff performance and business relationships.

• Improve operational efficiency and monitor business performance.

• Work closely with the CEO to achieve business goals.
