Job Summary

Tria Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented male Inventory Officer to manage stock records, monitor inventory levels, maintain an organised store, and update product information and stock quantities on the company’s website.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, inspect, and properly arrange incoming stock.

• Maintain accurate records of stock received, sold, transferred, damaged, or returned.

• Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages or discrepancies.

• Conduct regular stock counts and keep the store clean and organised.

• Upload new products to the company’s website.

• Ensure website stock quantities are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

• Must be male.

• Must reside in Lokogoma or its environs.

• Previous experience in inventory management or storekeeping is required.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is essential.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Must be honest, proactive, and accountable.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to the company’s systems.
