Job Summary

Whisper Art Haus is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can attract new clients, build business partnerships, negotiate deals, and help the company grow its revenue.

The successful candidate will be responsible for finding potential clients, presenting the company’s services, closing business deals, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate organisations and event planners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new corporate clients and business partners.

• Generate leads through networking, calls, emails, referrals, and events.

• Present the company’s services to potential clients and negotiate business deals.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.

• Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Monitor sales activities and work towards revenue targets.

• Research competitors and market trends.

• Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

• Work with other departments to ensure quality service delivery.

• Support brand promotion through social media and other marketing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or corporate marketing.

• Proven ability to negotiate and close business deals.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Good relationship-building and proposal-writing abilities.

• Existing connections with corporate organisations or event planners are an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and basic social media.

Salary

₦350,000 – ₦500,000 per month.
