Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 Monthly

Job Summary

Rockford Properties is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to market properties, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on property leads.

• Market available properties to potential buyers.

• Arrange and conduct property inspections.

• Negotiate and close property sales.

• Maintain good relationships with clients.

• Meet sales targets and keep records of sales activities.

• Stay updated on available properties and market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales.

• Good communication and customer relations skills.

• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Ability to meet sales targets.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented.

• Knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an advantage.
