Job Description 

Sobi’s Essentials is seeking a smart, presentable, and customer-friendly female Sales Representative to manage in-store sales, attend to customers, and handle online enquiries and orders.

The ideal candidate should be confident, well-organized, computer-literate, and comfortable interacting with customers both in person and online.

Key Responsibilities 

•.  Attend to customers and promote the store’s products.

•.  Manage online orders and customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and the company website.

•.  Assist customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service.

•.  Support daily store operations and sales activities.

•.  Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages.

•.  Learn about the store’s products to provide accurate information and recommendations.

•.  Maintain a neat and organized sales environment.

Requirements

•.  Female applicants are preferred.

•.  Must reside within or close to Wuye Market, Abuja.

•.  Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage.

•.  Must be neat, well-groomed, confident, friendly, and articulate.

•.  Must have excellent spoken and written English.

•.  Must be proficient in WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

•.  Must be computer-literate and willing to learn the store’s POS system.

•.  Must be trustworthy, responsible, attentive to detail, and able to work with minimal supervision.

•.  Must be willing to learn about the products and assist customers effectively.

Salary and Benefits 

Starting Salary: ₦70,000 per month.

Salary may be reviewed upward based on the employee’s performance and length of service.

Work Schedule 

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
